NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE

We pack your order very carefully to ensure all product is received in the same condition as it was shipped. If in the case your products was received is DAMAGED because of shipping process . Please contact us right after you received by email SUPPORT@THEWOLFNAILSUPPLY.COM . We may ask some information about the products ( photos of evidence ) after our team work on , we will let you know and send a replacement to you( may vary per case)

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.  ITEM YOU  RECEIVED IS DAMAGED BY CARRIER DURING SHIPPING PROCESS/TRANSPORT , CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY 

Please note: If an open, used, or damaged item is returned, we are unable to process the return.

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Clearance items or discontinued items
  • Items with broken product seals
  • Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty

  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused

  • Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture

  • Nail polish, powder, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits, soak off machine or used acrylic and liquid.

  • WE WILL NEED YOU TO PROVIDE US EVIDENCES  (PHOTOS/VIDEOS...) AFTER INVESTIGATION , WE WILL DETERMINE IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE REPLACEMENT. 
  • REFUNDS

    All returns are refunded via store credit or gift card and will be available within 14 business days from the day we receive your return package

  • SALE ITEMS

    All sale / discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • EXCHANGES
    As of this time, we do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
    You may, however, process a return and use your gift card/store credit to place another order.
